    * A Birth Certificate (Kindergarten & First Grade)
    * Immunization Records
    * School Physical
    * Emergency telephone numbers
    * IEP and evaluation if student is receiving Special Education Services
    * Unofficial transcript/report card
    * Additional information, as necessary

Enrolling a Student at Skagway School During The School Year


When a student is being enrolled or re-enrolled while school is in session parents must check in with the office one day prior to the student starting school. This allows the school to have an evening to prepare for the student and not disrupt classes.
