Mrs. Trozzo  has been with the Skagway School District for the past thirty-three years. She has taught grades 3,4,5,6,7,8, English 9,10,11,12 and Secondary Art. This year she will be teaching, sixth, seventh, and eighth grades as well as two high school classes: Alaska History and U.S. Government. She has been a High School Class Advisor, Close-Up Advisor, Student Council Advisor, Drama Club Advisor, Two-time recipient of the Outstanding Community Education Volunteer for the State of Alaska Award, board member of Skagway’s Community Education program, volunteer at the Teen Center, volunteer coordinator of Skagway’s Yuletide Craft Fair and Carnival, and is President of the Skagway Chamber of Commerce. Besides reading, hiking and playing her accordion, she enjoys acting in the school’s drama productions.
